FORUM FOR LITIGATION. BORROWER agrees that, in addition to any other available forum, any suit, action or proceeding against it arising under or growing out of, or relating to this Agreement or any note or other instrument or agreement required hereunder, or any other instrument executed by BORROWER for the benefit of LENDER, may be instituted in any Federal court in the State of New Jersey or any State court in the State of New Jersey or in any other court having jurisdiction, and BORROWER hereby waives any objection which it might have now or hereafter to the laying of the venue of any such suit, action or proceeding, and irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of any such court in any suit, action or proceeding and waives any claim or defense of inconvenient forum.
FORUM FOR LITIGATION. In the event that litigation is required in -------------------- order to resolve any dispute or disagreement connected with this Lease, it is agreed by and between the Parties hereto that venue and jurisdiction for any such litigation shall be, unless otherwise required by law, in Xxxxxx County, Georgia, if the Premises are in Georgia, in Jefferson County, Alabama, if the Premises are in Alabama, in ________ County, Florida, if the Premises are in Florida, and in ________ County, Mississippi, if the Premises are in Mississippi.

Any action relating to this Agreement or the franchise granted to Grantee by this Agreement shall be brought in the Circuit Court for Xxxxxxx County, Maryland, or in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Grantee consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in both Courts.
FORUM FOR LITIGATION. You and the Owners must file any suit against us, and we may file any suit against you, in the federal or state court where our principal office is located at the time the suit is filed. The parties waive all questions of personal jurisdiction and venue for the purpose of carrying out this provision.
FORUM FOR LITIGATION. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement and permitted under Section 12(g) shall occur in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and, for purposes of any such action, the parties hereby expressly consent and agree to be subject to and to submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts in such location.

Any cause of action arising by virtue of the laws of the United States shall be instituted and maintained in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota.
