The Borrower (a) waives objection to the New York State and Federal courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise as regards proceedings in connection with this Agreement; and (b) agrees that a judgment or order of a New York State or Federal court in connection with this Agreement is conclusive and binding on it and may be enforced against it in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
