Qualifications of Trainer Persons providing the training shall be knowledgeable about the subject area.
Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.
Forms of Cooperation Development cooperation may take the form of technical or financial cooperation, humanitarian or emergency assistance. It may be carried out either on a purely bilateral basis, or also in cooperation with other donors and/or multilateral organisations.
Forms of Discipline Discipline includes oral and written reprimands, reduction in pay, suspension, demotion, and discharge.
Driver Training A. All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates. The Department of Business and Transportation Services may review Contractors’ bus driver training program, upon request.
Orientation and Training A transferring employee will be orientated separately to both or their new home in accordance with Article 20 the collective agreement of the designated employer.
Other Types of Traffic 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Data exporter may submit special categories of data to the Service, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the data exporter in its sole discretion, and which may include Personal Data concerning health information. If applicable, data exporter agrees that it has reviewed and assessed the restrictions and safeguards applied to the special categories of Personal Data, including the measures described in the Trust & Compliance Documentation (as defined by this DPA) and Documentation (as defined in the Agreement), and has determined that such restrictions and safeguards are sufficient. The frequency of the transfer (e.g. whether the data is transferred on a one-off or continuous basis) Subject to Customer’s use of the Service, Personal Data will be transferred on a continuous basis during the term of the Agreement. Nature of the processing Identity and access management and related services pursuant to the Agreement. Purpose(s) of the data transfer and further processing The objective of Processing of Personal Data by the data importer is the performance of the Service pursuant to the Agreement and as instructed by data exporter in its use of the Service.
