Common use of Formal Stage Clause in Contracts

Formal Stage. Step One Failing settlement under the informal procedure, the Bargaining Unit may forward a written grievance to the Area Superintendent or designate within five (5) working days of the informal response. The Board representative shall make a written ruling within five (5) working days of receipt of the grievance.

Formal Stage. Step One Failing settlement under the informal procedure, the Bargaining Unit may forward a written grievance to the Area Superintendent or designate within five ten (510) working days of the informal response. The Board representative shall make a written ruling within five ten (510) working days of receipt of the grievance.
