Formal Stage. 1.) Within five (5) school days after a determination has been made at the preceding stage, the aggrieved unit member and the Association may make a written request to the Superintendent or his/her designee for review and determination. If the Superintendent designates a person to act on his/her behalf, he/she shall also delegate full authority to render a determination on his/her behalf.
