Formal Grievance - Step 1. If the grievance is not resolved at the informal level, the grievant may present the grievance to the Human Resources Manager or designee in writing within 10 standard working days after the Supervisor’s answer. The grievance shall be submitted in writing on the grievance form provided by the Agency. The written grievance shall set forth the alleged facts or circumstances giving rise to the grievance, the applicable section of the MOU asserted to have been violated, and the remedy or correction requested of the Agency. The written grievance must be dated and signed by the grievant or Union representative.
