Form of Sublease. The Tenant shall use a form of sublease approved by the City. The form of sublease will comply with all requirements of this Lease and will, among other matters:

Form of Sublease. The Company shall include in all subleases the obligation of the subtenants to recognize and comply with the provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 5. The Company must include in all its subleases provisions that require the subtenants to (1) comply with all Applicable Laws, specifically identifying the food and beverage reporting requirements of the zoning ordinance; and (2) provide information necessary for the Company to comply with the Economic Development Incentive Agreement.
Form of Sublease. The form of sublease or subrental agreement used by Developer shall clearly notify tenants that Developer has relied on the income certification supplied by the tenant, and will rely on the annual income recertification to be supplied by the tenant, in determining qualification for occupancy at Affordable Rent, and that any material misstatement in such certification or recertification will be cause for immediate termination of such sublease or subrental agreement.
Form of Sublease. No sublease shall be effective unless and until Landlord's consent has been obtained. In entering into any sublease, Tenant shall use only a form of sublease reasonably acceptable to Landlord, and once approved by Landlord, such sublease shall not be modified without Landlord's prior consent. By entering into a sublease, the subtenant shall be deemed, for Landlord's benefit, to have assumed and agreed to perform Tenant's obligations under this Lease, other than such obligations as are contrary to or inconsistent with provisions contained in a sublease to which Landlord has consented.
Form of Sublease. This SUBLEASE, dated as of April ___, 2004 (this “Sublease”), is made by and between HUFFY SERVICE SOLUTIONS, INC., an Ohio corporation f/k/a Huffy Service First, Inc., as sublessor (“Sublessor”), and NATIONAL PRODUCT SERVICES ACQUISITION CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, as sublessee (“Sublessee”).

  • Assignment; Sublease TRANSFER, LIEN Lessee shall not sublicense any part of the Premises, or assign, transfer or encumber in any manner this Lease Agreement or any right, privilege, license or interest conferred hereby. Paramount may assign or otherwise transfer this Lease Agreement or any portion hereof from time to time, and such transfer shall bind and inure to the benefit of its successors and assigns. It is agreed that Paramount is contracting the technical skills and expertise of the management and employees of Lessee and any significant change in ownership or management of Lessee shall require the consent of Paramount as if such change constituted an assignment of this Lease Agreement. Neither this Lease Agreement, nor any right, privilege, license or interest conferred hereby shall be transferable by operation of law, by reason of any bankruptcy, bankruptcy act, insolvency, receivership proceedings, attachment, execution, other judicial process or sale by or against Lessee, whether any of the same be voluntary or involuntary or judicial proceedings. Lessee shall not permit any lien to be imposed upon the Premises or upon any structures or improvements thereon. In the event a lien is imposed, Lessee shall cause it to be discharged promptly. Lessee shall indemnify Paramount for any loss, expense or cost incurred by it in connection with any such lien. Paramount retains the right to create, or permit mortgages, trust deeds, or other encumbrances to be imposed against and upon the Premises, any improvements thereon or interests therein, except against property owned by Lessee, which encumbrances, including principal, interest and costs and expenses in connection therewith, shall be prior to and superior to the interest of Lessee hereunder, and Lessee hereby agrees that this Lease Agreement is subject and subordinate to any such mortgage, trust deed or other encumbrance.
