In case any Trustee shall be removed, replaced, or succeeded, a statement in writing by the Secretary-Treasurer of the aforesaid International Union shall be sufficient evidence of the action taken by the International Union and a statement in writing signed by a majority of the then Employer Trustees shall be deemed sufficient evidence of any action taken with respect to the removal or replacement of the Employer Trustee. Form of Notification.
