Common use of Form of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Form of Guarantee. The notation on Debt Securities relating to the Guarantee shall be in substantially the following form: RELATING TO GUARANTEE The Guarantor (which term includes any successor Person in such capacity under the Indenture), has fully, unconditionally and absolutely guaranteed, to the extent set forth in the Indenture and subject to the provisions in the Indenture, the due and punctual payment of the principal of, and premium, if any, and interest on the Debt Securities and all other amounts due and payable under the Indenture and the Debt Securities by the Company. The obligations of the Guarantor to the Holders of Debt Securities and to the Trustee pursuant to the Guarantees and the Indenture are expressly set forth in Article XII of the Indenture and reference is hereby made to the Indenture for the precise terms of the Guarantee.
