Common use of Form of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Form of Exercise. Each election to exercise this option shall be in writing, signed by the Participant, and received by the Company at its principal office, accompanied by this agreement, and payment in full in the manner provided in the Plan. Alternatively, the exercise can be effected using the software solution provided by the Company’s option management software vendor, with payment in full in the manner provided in the Plan. The Participant may purchase less than the number of shares covered hereby, provided that no partial exercise of this option may be for any fractional share. No Shares will be issued until the Participant has executed any and all agreements that the Company may require the Participant to execute in connection with such exercise and/or in connection with any transactions involving the Shares (for example, not by limitation, lock-up agreements and FINRA questionnaires).
