Common use of Form and Certificates Clause in Contracts

Form and Certificates. The policy of insurance required to be carried by Lessee pursuant to this Section shall name Landowner as additional insured and contain a cross-liability and severability endorsement. Lessee's insurance policy shall also be primary insurance, without right of contribution from any policy carried by Landowner. A certificate of insurance and a copy of Lessee's insurance policy shall be provided to Landowner before any entry by Lessee or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon 30 days' prior written notice to Landowner.
