Form 10-D Filings. (a) In accordance with the Exchange Act, the Trustee shall prepare for filing and file within 15 days after each Distribution Date (subject to permitted extensions under the Exchange Act) with the Commission with respect to the Trust Fund, a Form 10-D with copies of the Monthly Report and, to the extent delivered to the Trustee, no later than 10 days following the Distribution Date, such other information identified by the Depositor or the Master Servicer, in writing, to be filed with the Commission (such other information, the "Additional Designated Information"). If the Depositor or Master Servicer directs that any Additional Designated Information is to be filed with any Form 10-D, the Depositor or Master Servicer, as the case may be, shall specify the Item on Form 10-D to which such information is responsive and, with respect to any Exhibit to be filed on Form 10-D, the Exhibit number.
