Forgery Sample Clauses

The Forgery clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to the discovery or suspicion of forged documents or signatures within the context of the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the steps parties must take if forgery is detected, such as notifying relevant authorities, suspending certain transactions, or initiating an investigation. Its core practical function is to protect the integrity of the agreement and the parties involved by providing a clear process for addressing fraudulent activities, thereby reducing the risk of loss or legal disputes arising from forged materials.
