Forfeiture of Recall Rights. If the employee cannot be reached at the last known address, if the employee fails to pick up the certified letter of recall with seven (7) calendar days, if the employee fails to notify the DISTRICT within seven (7) calendar days of the receipt of the certified letter of recall, or if the employee rejects any position offered for which he/she is qualified, the employee shall forfeit all recall rights and shall be deemed to have resigned from DISTRICT employment.

Forfeiture of Recall Rights. Failure to report to work within ten (10) working days after being notified to report to work will result in forfeiture of further recall rights.
