Foreign Investment Review Board. 29.1 Unless disclosed in item L of the Particulars, the Buyer warrants that:-

The purchaser warrants that the provisions of the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act 1975 (C'th) do not require the purchaser to obtain consent to enter this contract. If there is a breach of any such warranty (whether intentional or not) the purchaser must indemnify and compensate the vendor for any loss, damage or cost which the vendor incurs as a result of the breach. This warranty and indemnity do not merge on completion of this contract.
