Foreign Addresses. If the Creditor Agency provides a foreign address for a Debtor, it is appropriate to send notices for all purposes to that address.

Foreign Addresses. The Agent will mail Subscription Documents to Holders whose addresses are outside the United States or who have an Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office address as provided in Section 5.2 above.
Foreign Addresses. Subscription Documents will not be mailed to Holders having a registered address outside the United States, or to those Holders having APO of FPO addresses.
