Common use of Forecasting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, ENT shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT PBX plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT PBX plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT PBX plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT PBX expects a significant change in traffic volume.

This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT Threshold shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT Threshold develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Threshold plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Threshold plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Threshold plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Threshold expects a significant change in traffic volume.

This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon Frontier pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT Spectrotel shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT Spectrotel develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Spectrotel plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Spectrotel plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Spectrotel plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Spectrotel expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Telrite plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Telrite plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Telrite plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Telrite expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT KDL plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT KDL plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT KDL plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT KDL expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT CBB plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT CBB plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT CBB plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT CBB expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT Ygnition shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT Ygnition develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Ygnition plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Ygnition plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Ygnition plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Ygnition expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT D-Max plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT D-Max plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT D-Max plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT D-Max expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT ▇▇▇▇ Tell plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT ▇▇▇▇ Tell plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT ▇▇▇▇ Tell plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT ▇▇▇▇ Tell expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT LNS plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT LNS plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT LNS plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT LNS expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT TWCIS shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT TWCIS develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT TWCIS plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT TWCIS plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT TWCIS plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT TWCIS expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Forecasting Requirements. 2.2.1 Initial forecast requirements. Within ninety (90) days of executing the Agreement, ENT Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast. This initial forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon pursuant to this Attachment, over the next eight (8) quarters. 2.2.2 Ongoing forecast requirements. Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT Alltel shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT Alltel develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Alltel plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Alltel plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Two-Way Wireless Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Alltel plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Alltel expects a significant change in traffic volume.

Where the Parties are already exchanging traffic through a Third Party Tandem Switch in a LATA, ENT Ednetics shall provide a new or revised traffic forecast when ENT Ednetics develops plans or becomes aware of information that will materially affect the Parties’ exchange of traffic through such Third Party Tandem Switch in that LATA. Instances that require a new or revised forecast include, but are not limited to: (i) ENT Ednetics plans to deploy a new switch; (ii) ENT Ednetics plans to implement interconnection in accordance with the Interconnection Attachment or a new network architecture; (iii) ENT Ednetics plans to rearrange its network; or (iv) ENT Ednetics expects a significant change in traffic volume.
