The Service In consideration of First State Bank’s online banking service (“the Service”), you agree to the terms and conditions included in this Online Banking Policy and Agreement (the “Agreement”) in addition to all other terms, conditions and disclosures provided to you at account opening and from time to time regarding your account(s). First State Bank offers the Service in order to enable you to perform banking functions using your personal computer and the Internet, such as obtaining information about your accounts, initiating certain account transactions, viewing check images and receiving electronic statements. In order to enroll in the Service, you must have an eligible account with First State Bank. Funds must be available in the account from which you wish to transfer on the date you submit the transaction. If your account does not have sufficient funds to complete a transfer, the transfer will not be completed. This Agreement applies to First State Bank’s customers who establish accounts and/or use the Service primarily for personal, family or household purposes.

You will be required to change your PIN periodically to enhance security.
