ENABLING CLAUSE By written agreement between Company and Union, other provisions may be substituted for or added to the provisions of this Title.
Xxxxxxx Clause 3.10 The Business Manager of the Union shall have the right to appoint a Xxxxxxx at any shop or job or on any crew where workers are employed under the terms of this Agreement.
