  • DISASTER RECOVERY AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY The Parties shall comply with the provisions of Schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity).

  • COMPLIANCE WITH ENERGY POLICY AND CONSERVATION ACT Contractor certifies that Contractor will be in compliance with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (Pub.   • Sanitation and Servicing Purchaser shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent pollution of air, soil, and water by Purchaser’s Operations. If facilities for employees are established on Sale Area, they shall be operated in a sanitary manner. In the event that Purchaser’s Operations or servicing of equipment result in pollution to soil or water, Purchaser shall conduct cleanup and restoration of the polluted site to the satisfaction of Forest Service. Purchaser shall maintain all equipment operating on Sale Area in good repair and free of abnormal leakage of lubricants, fuel, coolants, and hydraulic fluid. Purchaser shall not service tractors, trucks, or other equipment on National Forest lands where servicing is likely to result in pollution to soil or water. Purchaser shall furnish oil- absorbing mats for use under all stationary equipment or equipment being serviced to prevent leaking or spilled petroleum-based products from contaminating soil and water resources. Purchaser shall remove from National Forest lands all contaminated soil, vegetation, debris, vehicle oil filters (drained of free-flowing oil), batteries, oily rags, and waste oil resulting from use, servicing, repair, or abandonment of equipment.

  • Implementation and Review The Parties shall consult annually, or as otherwise agreed, to review the implementation of this Chapter and consider other matters of mutual interest affecting trade in services. (10) 10 Such consultations will be addressed under Article 170 (Free Trade Commission) of Chapter 14 (Administration of the Agreement).

  • Cooperation on Preventing End User Fraud The Parties agree to cooperate fully with one another to investigate, minimize, prevent, and take corrective action in cases of fraud.

  • Exclusions and Reservations A. Nothing in this Article will be construed as authorizing Company to conduct any business on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or Airport separate and apart from the conduct of its permitted uses as authorized in this Agreement.

  • PROCLAMATION OF SALE, CONDITIONS OF SALE AND MEMORANDUM OF SALE All contents in the Proclamation of Sale and this Conditions of Sale are to be read together and shall be part of the Memorandum of Sale.

  • Transportation of Students Employees will not be required to transport students.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH WORKERS' COMPENSATION ACT Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the Montana Workers' Compensation Act while performing work for the Department of Montana in accordance with 00-00-000, 00-00-000, and 00-00-000, MCA. Proof of compliance must be in the form of workers' compensation insurance, an independent contractor's exemption, or documentation of corporate officer status. Neither Contractor nor its employees are Department employees. This insurance/exemption must be valid for the entire contract term and any renewal. Upon expiration, a renewal document must be sent to the Department’s Contracts Management Bureau, X.X. Xxx 000000, Xxxxxx, XX 00000.
