For Mobile Deposit Only. You agree to follow any and all other procedures and instructions for use of the Service as we may establish from time to time. You agree that the aggregate amount of any items which are deposited more than once will be debited from your account, and to the extent funds in your account are insufficient to cover such amount, any balance shall be debited by Downeast from any other accounts you hold with the Credit Union, at its sole discretion. You further acknowledge that you, and not the Credit Union, are responsible for the processing and handling of any original items which are imaged and deposited utilizing the service and you assume all liability to the drawer of any item imaged using the service or liability arising from our printing of any substitute check from those images.

Check Safekeeping, Retention and Destruction • Check storage and the destruction of items processed through Mobile Deposit is your responsibility because the paper checks are never physically deposited with the bank. • Sabal Palm Bank requires that Mobile Deposit customers use reasonable methods to securely store all source documents and all related banking information until destruction. We require that deposited check items be securely stored. To help ensure that checks are not electronically processed more than once or physically deposited at the bank after being electronically deposited, procedures should be established to ensure that only you or another account owner has access to these checks during the retention period.

For Mobile Deposit Only. Any loss we incur from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by you will be your responsibility. A check payable to two payees must be endorsed by both payees. If the check is payable to you or your joint owner, either of you can endorse it. All images processed for deposit through Mobile Deposit will be treated as "deposits" under your current Account Agreement with us and will be subject to all terms of the Account Agreement. Confirmation does not mean that the image contains no errors. We are not responsible for any image that we do not receive, or for images that are not transmitted completely. Following receipt, we may process the image by preparing a "substitute check" for clearing the item as an image. We reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to reject any image for mobile deposit into your account. We will notify you by email of rejected images. Original checks. After you receive confirmation that we have received an image, you must securely store the original check for 60 calendar days after transmission to us and make the original check accessible to us at our request. Upon our request from time to time, you will deliver to us within 10 calendar days, at your expense, the requested original check in your possession. If not provided in a timely manner, such amount will be reversed from your account. Promptly after such period expires, you must destroy the original check by first marking it "VOID" and then destroying it by cross-cut shredding or another commercially acceptable means of destruction. After destruction of an original check, the image will be the sole evidence of the original check. You agree that you will never re-present the original check. You understand that you are responsible if anyone is asked to make a payment based on an original check that has already been paid. Returned Deposits. Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected or otherwise returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, b...

You agree at all times to comply with the Service Access Procedures, to safeguard the confidentiality of the Service Access Procedures, and to notify us immediately if you have any reason to believe the security or confidentiality of the Service Access Procedures has been compromised or breached.

  • Mobile Deposit The Mobile Deposit feature enables you to use a software application together with your Wireless Access Device to create electronic images of the front and back of certain Original Checks (defined below) and transmit those images and other information, including, without limitation, information captured from the magnetic ink character recognition (“MICR”) line, to us for review and processing in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Mobile Deposit Service Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, you may use the Service to deposit Items to your Account by creating an Image of the Item using a Mobile Device, and transmitting that Image to us for deposit. You may transmit Images to us only from a Mobile Device located in the United States.

  • Business Automobile Insurance This insurance shall contain a combined single limit of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, and include coverage for, but not limited to the following:  Bodily injury and property damage  Any and all vehicles owned, used or hired The policy shall also contain the following endorsements or language, which shall be indicated on the certificate of insurance:  Waiver of subrogation in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Additional insured endorsement in favor of and acceptable to Railway.  Separation of insureds.  The policy shall be primary and non-contributing with respect to any insurance carried by Railway.

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Cooperative Deposits On a basis of cooperation or assistance (16 USC 572) and by a written agreement, Forest Service shall perform all or portions of the work that Purchaser is obligated to perform under this contract, as well as furnish other services in connection with activities under this contract. When Forest Service is to perform such work, Purchaser shall make one or more deposits to cover the estimated cost of the work. On re- quest of Purchaser, Forest Service shall render monthly accounts, as may be specified in such agreement.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Mobile Deposit Security You will complete each deposit promptly. If you are unable to complete your deposit promptly, you will ensure that your mobile device remains securely in your possession until the deposit has been completed. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain procedures to safeguard against unauthorized deposits. You will notify us immediately by telephone with written confirmation if you learn of any loss or theft of original checks. You will ensure the safety and integrity of original checks from the time of receipt until the time of destruction. If warranted in our reasonable judgment, we may audit and monitor you, and you agree to cooperate with us to permit such monitoring, to confirm that you have satisfied your obligations under this Agreement.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.

  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT Upon the due execution of this Agreement, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord the sum of DOLLARS ($ ) receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Landlord, as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the term hereof. Such deposit shall be returned to Tenant, without interest, and less any set off for damages to the Premises upon the termination of this Agreement.

The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy.
