The Allottee (s) shall make the payment as per the payment plan set out in Schedule C (“Payment Plan”).

BY ALLOTTEE The Allottee is entering into this Agreement for the allotment of a [Apartment/Plot] with the full knowledge of all laws, rules, regulations, notifications applicable to the Project in general and this project in particular. That the Allottee hereby undertakes that he/she shall comply with and carry out, from time to time after he/she has taken over for occupation and use the said [Apartment/Plot], all the requirements, requisitions, demands and repairs which are required by any competent Authority in respect of the [Apartment/Plot]/ at his/ her own cost.
Release Time for Interviews Release time will be granted to represented individuals for the purposes of interviewing for positions within the University.
PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ALLOTTEE/ SUBSEQUENT ALLOTTEES It is clearly understood and so agreed by and between the Parties hereto that all the provisions contained herein and the obligations arising hereunder in respect of the said Apartment/ Plot and the Project shall equally be applicable to and enforceable against and by any subsequent Allottee of the Apartment/ Plot, in case of a transfer, as the said obligations go along with the Apartment/ Plot for all intents and purposes.
Purchase for Investment (a) Each Limited Partner hereby represents and warrants to the General Partner and to the Partnership that the acquisition of his Partnership Interest is made as a principal for his account for investment purposes only and not with a view to the resale or distribution of such Partnership Interest.
TERMINATION FOR IMPROPER CONSIDERATION 8.44.1 The County may, by written notice to the Contractor, immediately terminate the right of the Contractor to proceed under this Contract if it is found that consideration, in any form, was offered or given by the Contractor, either directly or through an intermediary, to any County officer, employee, or agent with the intent of securing this Contract or securing favorable treatment with respect to the award, amendment, or extension of this Contract or the making of any determinations with respect to the Contractor’s performance pursuant to this Contract. In the event of such termination, the County shall be entitled to pursue the same remedies against the Contractor as it could pursue in the event of default by the Contractor.
PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES 17.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, the employee shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of their shift. If it is necessary, the Employer will provide or arrange for, suitable transportation for the employee to the doctor or hospital and back to the site and/or to the employee’s home as necessary.
