Responsibility for Individual Charges A. Unless otherwise expressly set forth, the Contractor shall not charge the Judicial Council nor will the Judicial Council assume any liability for any Individual Charges incurred by Attendees.

PAYMENT FOR INJURED EMPLOYEES 17.01 In the event that an employee is injured in the performance of their duties, the employee shall, to the extent that they are required to stop work and receive treatment, be paid for wages for the remainder of their shift.
