For Contract Interpretation grievances only. A grievant dissatisfied with the Sheriff 's response at Step 2 may appeal to the Director, Employee Relations, or its designee (“ERD”), in writing, specifying the reason(s) why it is dissatisfied with the Department’s response, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the Step 2 answer. The grievance shall contain copies of all earlier correspondence and materials reviewed at the earlier steps. ERD may convene a grievance meeting within fifteen (15) calendar days with the grievant and/or the grievant's Association representative. ERD shall have fifteen (15) calendar days after the receipt of the written grievance, or if a meeting is held, fifteen (15) calendar days after the meeting, whichever is later, to review and seek resolution of the grievance and respond in writing.

Part 200 of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (sometimes referred to as “XXXXX”),Vendor's response to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will indicate Vendor's willingness and ability to comply with certain requirements which may be applicable to TIPS purchases paid for with federal funds, if accepted by Vendor. Your responses to the following questions labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will dictate whether TIPS can list this awarded contract as viable to be considered for a federal fund purchase. Failure to certify all requirements labeled "2 CFR Part 200 or Federal Provision" will mean that your contract is listed as not viable for the receipt of federal funds. However, it will not prevent award. If you do enter into a TIPS Sale when you are accepting federal funds, the contract between you and the TIPS Member will likely require these same certifications.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be addressed as quickly as possible.

  • Rules of Grievance Processing 1. Time limits of any stage of the grievance procedure may be extended by written mutual agreement of the parties at that step.

  • Submission of Grievances A. Any employee or group of employees shall have the right to present a grievance. No employee or group of employees shall be hindered from or disciplined for exercising this right.
