Common use of For Cause or Without Good Reason Clause in Contracts

For Cause or Without Good Reason. If the Employment Period is terminated by the Company for Cause or if Executive resigns without Good Reason, Executive shall only be entitled to receive Executive’s Base Salary, employee benefits and any unused vacation payable pursuant to the Company’s standard vacation practice through the date of such termination or resignation and shall not be entitled to any other salary, compensation or benefits from the Company or its Subsidiaries thereafter, except as otherwise specifically provided for under the Company’s employee benefit plans or as expressly required by applicable law. The termination of the Employment Period for Cause shall preclude Executive’s resignation with Good Reason.
