For Casual Employees. 38.4 Casual Employees who have been assigned workload during at least two (2) trimesters in the previous year shall, upon re-employment, be entitled to an increase to their current daily, or hourly rate expressed in dollars, which is equivalent to the percentage increase negotiated to the rates of pay in the applicable annual Salary Schedule (which forms part of this agreement).
