Employees will be granted 5 sick leave days at the beginning of December through the end of the school year with the same procedure being implemented as above. Application to be paid for sick leave days must be made on a sick leave request form by December 1st and June 1st. Payment for sick leave days are only applicable for the 4 sick leave days given at the beginning of the school year and the 5 sick leave days given after December 1st. The sick leave days being paid will not be banked days.
