Food Scraps. Food Scraps that are separated by the Generator and used by the Generator or distributed to other Person(s) for lawful use as animal feed, in accordance with 14 CCR Section 18983.1(b)(7). Food Scraps intended for animal feed may be Self-Hauled by Generator or hauled by another party.

Food Scraps. Those materials that will decompose and/or putrefy including: (i) 214 all kitchen and table food waste, and animal or vegetable waste that attends or results from the 215 storage, preparation, cooking or handling of food stuffs, and (ii) paper waste contaminated with 216 food (such as, but not limited to, paper plates, napkins, pizza boxes, and paper towels 217 contaminated with food). Food Scraps is a subset of Organic Materials. 218
Food Scraps. Food Scraps and other approved material shall be co-collected with Green Waste and provided to all Single-Family, Multi-Family and mobile home park Customers who receive Compostable Material Cart collection service. Commercial Customers may subscribe to a fee for service Food Scrap collection service utilizing approximately sixty-four (64) gallon containers or Bin service, by mutual agreement of the Parties, depending on service needs and volumes. By mutual agreement of the Parties and with the cooperation of the Designated Compostable Materials Facility, Contractor shall include Collection of meat waste, fish waste, and other approved materials.
Food Scraps. CWM will charge the towns on a 32 gallon per cart basis for the collection of food scraps dropped off by residents with stickers. The charge will be $25 per cart per service. Current cart counts are as follows. Sunderland Transfer has five carts and Northshire Transfer has seven carts serviced weekly. The monthly charge for Sunderland Transfer at the current cart level will be $541.25. The monthly charge for Northshire Transfer at the current cart level will be $757.75.

Organic Waste that is composted or otherwise legally 740 managed at the site where it is generated or at a Community Composting site. 741 Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the County may permit other Persons besides the Contractor 742 to Collect any and all types of materials excluded from the scope of this Agreement, as set forth above, 743 without seeking or obtaining approval of Contractor. If Contractor can produce evidence that other 744 Persons are servicing Collection Containers or are Collecting and Transporting Discarded Materials that 745 are included under the scope of this Agreement in a manner that is not consistent with this Agreement or 746 the County Code, it shall report the location where the service is being provided, the name and phone 747 number of the Person or company providing the service, and the Contractor’s evidence to the County 748 Contract Manager. In such case, the County may, but is not required, to notify the Generator and Person 749 providing service of Contractor’s rights under this Agreement. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that 750 the County is under no legal or contractual duty to take any action against any Generator, and/or Person 751 providing the service, that the Contractor believes is infringing upon the provisions in this Agreement or 752 County Code and this Agreement does not provide an independent basis for any actions by the Contractor 753 against such a third party. It is likewise acknowledged that notwithstanding the provisions in this 754 Agreement, the County may, at its sole discretion, make a determination that the Generator and/or 755 Person is not operating in violation of County rules, regulations or Ordinances. 756 This Agreement shall be interpreted to be consistent with then Applicable Law, now and during the Term 757 of the Agreement as the Law may change from time to time. If future judicial interpretations of current 758 law or new laws, regulations, or judicial interpretations limit the ability of the County to lawfully charge 759 or contract for the scope of services in the manner and consistent with all provisions as specifically set 760 forth herei...

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Manufacturing (a) The Supplier shall without limitation be responsible, at no additional cost to the Purchaser, for: sourcing and procuring all raw materials for the Products; obtaining all necessary approvals, permits and licenses for the manufacturing of the Products; providing sufficient qualified staff and workers to perform the obligations under this Purchase Agreement; implementing and maintaining effective inventory and production control procedures with respect to the Products; and handling other matters as reasonably requested by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Food Although food may be served at a program being paid for with grant funds, the food may not be purchased with grant or matching funds.

The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3.   • Food and Beverage All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);
