Food handlers. The applicant shall submit the necessary state-certifications and, if applicable, County health certifications for food handlers. Weapons: It shall be a violation for a person to possess, carry, display or exhibit any weapon on the municipal complex premise whether or not the weapon is loaded, concealed, open carried or licensed. This provision does not apply to those persons who are duly licensed by the state to carry a weapon in accordance with the provisions of subchapter H, chapter 411 of the Texas Government Code, and as amended from time to time, or otherwise authorized by state or federal law except as provided by subsection (1) of this section. This provision also does not apply to local, state, or federal law enforcement officers or agents.
Food handlers. PHS Medical shall process the Certification of Food Handlers in accordance with DOHMH guidelines and DOC requirements. When the DOC requests food handling clearances for inmates, PHS Medical shall conduct a chart review that includes a review of the inmate’s admission history and physical, laboratory studies, PPD test and chest x-ray, and health or mental health conditions. PHS Medical shall complete the certification process for each individual within 24 hours. In the event the Department revises its protocol for screening and testing for tuberculosis, PHS Medical shall provide PPD tests and chest X-rays as necessary and appropriate for Certification of Food Handlers.
Food handlers. All contractor personnel employed as food handlers shall meet the health and training standards set forth in NAVMED P-5010-1 and ensure they are free from any communicable diseases. All screening shall be documented in each food service employee’s onboard medical record and kept on file for all food service employees currently assigned. The contractor shall be guided by food handling instructions and precautions in accordance with COMSCINST 4000.2 (Series), COMSCINST 6000.1 (Series) and NAVMED P-5010.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • System Enhancements State Street will provide to the Fund any enhancements to the System developed by State Street and made a part of the System; provided that State Street offer the Fund reasonable training on the enhancement.   • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and
