Food & Beverage and Security Department. When the Employer requests an employee conduct job training the employee conducting the training shall receive a bonus of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per shift. Employees may decline the request to conduct training. Requests to conduct training shall be by seniority among employees scheduled to work the shift on which training is required.
