Food and Beverage Revenues. Gross revenues, receipts and income of any kind (whether on a cash or credit basis) paid, collected or accrued and derived directly or indirectly by Lessee from: (i) the sale, for on-site consumption at the Leased Property or through off-site catering services, of food and nonalcoholic beverages, including sales attributable to guest rooms, banquet rooms, meeting rooms, the restaurant, the lounge, the bar and other similar rooms; (ii) the sale of wine, beer, liquor or other alcoholic beverages, including sales attributable to the restaurant, the bar, the lounge, guest rooms, meeting rooms, banquet rooms, off-site catering or any location at the Leased Property; (iii) cover charges and audio-visual rental charges related to banquet, ballroom or meeting room events; and (iv) banquet and meeting room revenues, including room rental charges from such banquet and meeting rooms. Such revenues shall not include the following:
Food and Beverage Revenues. THBC shall be entitled to retain one hundred percent (100%) of all revenue generated from food and beverage sales at the Event Center. For purposes of clarity and notwithstanding the foregoing, IHC shall be entitled to retain one hundred percent (100%) of all Sponsorship revenue resulting from any Beverage Sponsorship (as distinct from revenue resulting from sales of beverages).
Food and Beverage Revenues. All revenues, receipts and income of every kind from the sale of food and beverages at, on or from the Leased Property, whether from restaurants, room service or otherwise but excluding (a) federal, state and municipal excise, sales, and use taxes collected directly as a part of the sales price of any such food or beverages (including alcohol), such as gross receipts or similar or equivalent taxes and paid over to federal, state or municipal governments, (b) gratuities, (c) proceeds from sales other than sales in the ordinary course of business, and (d) items constituting "allowances" under the Uniform System.
