Food and Beverage Department. Out of a recognized concern for occupational health & safety, the parties agree that to the greatest extent possible, all handling of kegs shall be performed solely and exclusively by the Floor Manager. The parties further agree that bargaining unit members may be requested (with right of refusal) to perform such duty and should he/she voluntarily accept this request, shall be paid a premium of $25.00 for each keg handled. Should the Floor Manager assist said worker, the worker shall receive a premium of $15.00 per keg handled. Alternatively, should a second worker assist the first worker, the parties agree the worker shall receive $15.00 per keg handled.

  • Alcohol & Drugs I understand that the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal substances is prohibited at all game locations and Activities hosted by the Club. I understand that by not following the rules of the game, or by playing while intoxicated, or if there is any suspicion of intoxication, I will not be allowed to play and will not receive a refund.
