Food and Beverage. All food and beverages (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which are located at the Hotel (whether opened or unopened), or ordered for future use at the Hotel as of the Closing, including, without limitation, all food and beverages located in the guest rooms, but expressly excluding any alcoholic beverages to the extent the sale or transfer of the same is not permitted under Applicable Law (the “F&B”);

Food and Beverage a. Licensee must select a caterer from the list of Promenade Park house caterers for service of both food and beverages. (Celebratory cakes only are excluded from this requirement). Licensee shall not bring into the Park any other food or beverages. The Licensee is responsible for the removal of all food and supplies from the facility.
Food and Beverage. The rights to all concessions are reserved by the convention facility, and the Exhibitor will not be permitted to sell or distribute any soft drinks, tobacco products, confections or food for consumption on the premises without permission from the convention facility or the facility’s exclusive food service provider.

The Meeting is a smoke free area. Picture Taking, Videotaping/Audio taping Exhibitors are not permitted to photograph, audiotape or videotape sessions or exhibits during the Meeting without express prior written approval from ASHP.

(Bartenders will card as necessary.) • Self-serving of alcoholic beverages is NOT allowed. • Open containers may NOT leave the Aquarium. • Alcohol will not be served for the last 30 minutes of the event. • It is the responsibility of the client to work with a caterer who can implement these alcohol-related policies. ❑ For events considering monetary exchange for guests’ admittance into event where alcohol is served, i.e. cash bars, ticket sales, membership fees, donations, etc., client must obtain a Special One-Time Permit through North Carolina ABC Commission. ❑ Use of restricted or illegal substances by client, service providers or guests will result in immediate expulsion from property, cancellation without refund and notification to proper authorities. ❑ Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all indoor areas.
