Follow-up. Follow up initial solicitations of interest by contacting the SBEs to determine with certainty whether the enterprises are interested in performing specific items involved in work.
Follow-up. The Employer agrees to follow-up each incident as soon as possible after an occurrence of violence in the workplace. The purpose of this follow-up will be to review the incident, gather facts, explore ways in which the Employee may be supported, review how such an incident could have been avoided and what measures, if any, are required to prevent or reduce the likelihood of such an incident from occurring again. The degree of follow-up will be dependent on the specific situation.
Follow-up i. Following the participation/viewing of the course, MICMT will provide feedback for mentorship purposes. It is not the intent to change any approval status of a training organization.

Subrecipient shall provide follow-up services for a minimum duration of 12 months to youth who have completed program services as well as youth who may have dropped out of the program but need additional services unless the youth declines to receive follow-up services or the youth cannot be located or contacted. Follow-ups shall occur no less than once every thirty (30) days. Subrecipient must maintain records showing the attempts that were made. The type of services provided, and the intensity of services must be determined based on the needs of the youth. Follow-up services must include more than a contact or attempted contact, a service must be provided (if possible). Contacting an individual for securing documentation in order to report a performance outcome does not constitute a follow-up service. Follow up services for youth may include, but are not limited to the following program elements:
Follow-up. 1. The medical review team shall maintain an active role in monitoring a teacher’s medical condition.

If the adjunct faculty member fulfills the terms of the plan and has improved performance sufficiently, in the sole judgment of the College, the matter is concluded and the xxxx issues a second memo to all parties to that effect. The memo will be retained in the faculty member’s unofficial division file, but this and any other documents relating to the remediation will be expunged at the adjunct faculty member’s request after 5 years. Follow-up. The provision of after-care and weight management support for the patient remains a lifetime commitment. Structured, systematic and team based follow up should be organised by the Tier 4 provider for up to 2 years after surgery. Lifelong specialist follow up is also advocated via local services (GP and Tier 3). Tier 4 structured, systematic and team based follow up for 2 years post-surgery should be organised to include: monitoring nutritional intake (including protein and vitamins) and mineral deficiencies monitoring comorbidities medication review dietary and nutritional assessment, advise and support physical activity and support psychological support tailored to the individual information about professionally led or peer support groups. Lifelong specialist follow up is advocated and providers should have arrangements in place to discharge patients to the local community Tier 3 based obesity service within 2 years. The patients GP will also provide additional support. Refer to gp Long term follow up should use a shared care model of chronic disease management. It is the responsibility of the Tier 4 bariatric team to develop clear protocols for the required monitoring with local community (GP and Tier 2) based services to ensure they are aware of the patient’s ongoing progress. “Lost to follow up” across the whole pathway should be minimised and a robust mechanism should be in place for early identification of post-operative complications. Rapid access to the specialised complex obesity Tier 4 MDT will be available for assessment of complications and post-operative care will be available to manage complications as they occur including revision surgery in line with NHS policies. Failure to lose ‘sufficient’ weight is not deemed a complication.
Follow-up. Adopter understands and agrees that The Rescue Train is fully entitled to make follow-up visits or phone calls to ascertain that all of the covenants and clauses of this agreement are being satisfied. Adopter is obligated to cooperate with Rescue.
