Folding and Inserting. Finished newsletters must be inserted into the finished envelopes and sealed. Envelopes must be printed with the return address, HRO bulk mail indicia, and a “teaser” line, which will identify which representative the envelope is for. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to ensure the sealed envelope is printed with the correct representative’s information. It is imperative that sealed envelopes remain identifiable by representative in order to ensure proper addressing when the pieces are returned to HRO. If the wrong newsletter is inserted in the wrong envelope, the Contractor shall re-do the entire affected order at its own cost. The CGA will perform random spot checks to ensure correctness prior to mailing.
