FOCUS OF THE PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS. Public participation forums/ Barazas were organized through administration of an open-ended questionnaire aimed at introducing the project to the residents, gathering their views and concerns related to the project and incorporating their views into the project (Table 6.3).   • Technical Consultations 1. A Party may initiate technical consultations with another Party through the respective contact points with the aim of resolving any matter arising under this Chapter.
