Flu Vaccinations. Members shall be reimbursed for flu vaccinations where the member is not already entitled to a free vaccination.
Flu Vaccinations. The County shall make appropriate and timely flu vaccine immunizations available to all interested employees covered by this Agreement at cost. The County shall notify nurses of the cost of flu vaccine before the first scheduled flu clinic.
Flu Vaccinations. Employees of the University's XxXxxxxx Health Center, both within and outside the bargaining unit, may be required to wear a mask whenever they have direct contact with or come within six (6) feet of patients, unless they have obtained a flu vaccination within the past twelve (12) months.
Flu Vaccinations. The Employer will reimburse the Employee for an annual flu vaccination upon receipt of proof of payment.
Flu Vaccinations. The Company through the Northern Industrial Clinic will provide a flu vaccination at the request of the employee. Vaccinations will be finalised by the first week of May each year.
Flu Vaccinations. All full time and part time employees are entitled to one ‘flu’ vaccination per annum. On the production of a receipt the employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the vaccination.

The Flu Vaccination will be sponsored by the company once per annum and be administered at the site on a specified day. The company will reimburse those who are not available on that day if they visit their doctor.
Flu Vaccinations. Flu vaccinations will be provided for all bargaining unit employees at the City’s expense. Vaccinations will be provided as available on all shifts at a location within the City of Quincy.
