Common use of Flow Down Clause in Contracts

Flow Down. Supplier shall include Sections 7(a) through 7(g) and this Section 7(h) of this Section 7, or equivalent provisions, in lower tier subcontracts for the delivery of Parts that will be, or included in Products that will be, delivered to Flyer.
