Flow Control. 2.1 The Operators agree that IUK is responsible for flow control at the Interconnection Point.
Flow Control. HPL or its designee shall operate the flow control portion of the HPL Facilities to ensure that gas deliveries are equal to nominations, plus or minus tolerances generally acceptable in the intrastate natural gas pipeline industry.

In the event that the LANDFILL is unable to accept all of part or the WASTE for reasons beyond the control of the AGENCY, AGENCY reserves the right to manage flow control of AGENCY's SOLID WASTE stream, including the right to direct deliveries to designated processing facilities, transfer stations or disposal sites, to require DIVERSION in addition to what is otherwise required by this AGREEMENT, to require waste to energy undertakings, and to require such other enterprises and undertakings as may be based upon future technologies and new concepts in the field of SOLID WASTE management, DIVERSION, energy projects, and WASTE disposal.
Flow Control. The TPP Receipt Point is subject to flow control (which may be owned by either TPP or Transporter) and TPP has the ability to verify changes in flow by real time validation to Transporter through electric telemetry equipment.

The County shall, to the extent permitted by law, cause all Acceptable Waste originating in the Service Area, as to which County has flow control, and not diverted by legal self-disposal or a Waste Reduction Program, to be delivered to the Transfer Facility or Satellite Transfer Stations.

This is also depicted in Figure Figure 3. The configuration files for the IPC Manager in each of the machines is shown in full in Section 8.2.2 and Section 8.2.3 for Host A and Host B respectively. The application used is rina-echo-time executed in perf mode. Flow Control. The City shall by ordinance designate the County system for the disposal of all solid waste generated and/or collected within the City. The City authorizes the County to designate disposal sites for the disposal of solid waste. No solid waste generated or collected within the City shall be diverted from the County’s designated disposal site(s) Intergovernmental Agreement with City of Tenino for the Xxxxxxxx County Solid Waste Management Plan and Hazardous Waste Plan Updates without the County’s prior approval. PROVIDED, HOWEVER, the City may continue to deliver or direct all residential, multi-family, mixed-use, and commercially generated recyclable and compostable materials to any permitted or permit exempt material recovery or composting facility that is operating consistent with all applicable laws. The designation of the County for solid waste disposal shall not otherwise affect the City’s control over solid waste collection.
