Floor Slabs. Concrete floor slab, with a smooth troweled finish, at one elevation. No depressions or recesses in any concrete floor slabs will be permitted. Sprayed on fire protection shall be applied to columns, beams and girders that support cinema above.
Floor Slabs. The main floor will consist of an unreinforced slab on grade on a 6 inch granular base capable of supporting a load of 250 lbs. per square foot. The floor surface shall be trowelled finish. The second floor shall be a mesh reinforced concrete topping on steel decking capable of supporting a live load of 100 lbs. per square foot, with concrete added to reduce vibration.

Related to Floor Slabs

  • Floor Load Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Premises that exceeds 50 pounds per square foot “live load”. Landlord reserves the right to reasonably designate the position of all Equipment which Tenant wishes to place within the Premises, and to place limitations on the weight thereof.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • FLOORING All Bed Rooms, Dinning-cum-Living, and would be finished with Ivory Vitrified tiles (24'' X 24'') flooring and 4'' skirting. Bath-room, Kitchen & Balcony would be finished with Ivory Ceramic tiles (12'' X 12'') flooring. The walls of the Toilets/Bathrooms would finish with white glazed tiles in 60'' height. Roof would be finished with roof tiles.

  • Multi-Tenant Floors If other tenants occupy space on the floor on which the Premises is located, Tenant’s identifying signage shall be provided by Landlord, at Tenant’s cost, and such signage shall be comparable to that used by Landlord for other similar floors in the Building and shall comply with Landlord’s then-current Building standard signage program.
