Common use of Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Floor Load. The Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor in the Premises exceeding the floor load per square foot of area which such floor was designed to carry and which is allowed by law. Further, Tenant shall not move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such time as the Landlord shall in each instance authorize. The Tenant’s machines and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by the Tenant at the Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient to absorb or prevent vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building.

Further, Tenant shall not move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises except in such manner and at such time as the Landlord shall in each instance authorizeapprove (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed). The Tenant’s machines and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by the Tenant at the Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient to absorb or and prevent vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building.

The Tenant’s business machines and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by the Tenant at the Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient to absorb or and prevent vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building.

Further, Tenant shall ; and not move any safe, vault or other heavy equipment in, about or out of the Premises Property except in such manner and at such time as the Landlord shall in each instance authorizereasonably authorize consistent with the foregoing. The Tenant’s machines and mechanical equipment shall be placed and maintained by the Tenant at the Tenant’s expense in settings sufficient to absorb or prevent vibration or noise that may be transmitted to the Building structure or to any other space in the Building.
