Common use of Floor Load Clause in Contracts

Floor Load. Tenant shall not place a load upon any floor of the Leased Premises exceeding the established floor load of 100 pounds per square foot. All such equipment and material installation shall be placed and maintained by Tenant at its expense, with equipment in settings sufficient to absorb vibration and noise and prevent annoyance to other tenants in Building 5.
