Flood Hazard Determination Sample Clauses

Flood Hazard Determination. Lender shall have received evidence satisfactory to it that the Property is not located in an area designated by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as an area having special flood or mudslide hazards, and that flood hazard insurance is not required for any credit to be extended hereunder pursuant to any Applicable Law.

Flood Hazard Determination. A “Life-of-Loan” Federal Emergency Management Agency Standard Flood Hazard Determination with respect to each Mortgaged Property (together with a notice about special flood hazard area status and flood disaster assistance duly executed by the Borrower and each Credit Party relating thereto and evidence of flood insurance in compliance with Section 9.3 of the Credit Agreement, in the event any such Mortgaged Property is located in a special flood hazard area).
Flood Hazard Determination. The Lender shall have received evidence as to whether or not the Land is located within an area identified as having “special flood hazards” as such term is used in the federal Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, and a signed and dated Notice to Borrower, if applicable; and

Flood Hazard Determination. Agent shall have received, at Borrowers' expense, a Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form issued or certified by a Person satisfactory - 34 - 43 to Agent for each structure or improvement that is located on Real Estate owned by a Borrower. Further, in the event such Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form evidences that the subject structure or improvement is located in a special flood hazard, as defined by FEMA, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent and Lenders evidence of appropriate flood insurance in amounts and under such conditions as identified in Section 6.2(b) hereof.

For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions specified in this Section 3, each Refinancing Revolving Credit Lender that has signed a Lender Authorization and Consent shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or to be satisfied with, each document or other matter required thereunder to be consented to or approved by or acceptable or satisfactory to a Refinancing Revolving Credit Lender unless the Administrative Agent shall have received notice from such Refinancing Revolving Credit Lender prior to the proposed Amendment Effective Date specifying its objection thereto.
Flood Hazard Determination. If requested by Agent, Agent shall have received at Borrowers' expense, a Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form issued or certified by a Person satisfactory to Agent for each structure or improvement that either (i) is located on Real Estate covered by a Mortgage or (ii) stores or houses any Inventory or Equipment or any substantial part of the Collateral. Further, in the event such Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form evidences that the subject structure or improvement is located in a special flood hazard, as defined by FEMA, Borrowers shall deliver to Agent and Lenders evidence of appropriate flood insurance in amounts and under such conditions as identified in Section 6.2(b) hereof.
