Flood Control. Nothing in this Agreement affects or alters the obligations, rights, and privileges of the entities under the Treaty relating to operation and compensation for flood control and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, it is expressly agreed that any reduction in generation in the United States brought about by operation for flood control under the Treaty or any flood control arrangements made pursuant to the Treaty shall not be a reduction in the Canadian Entitlement for which compensation is required under this Agreement.
Flood Control. Each Loan Party, the Real Property Collateral and the use and operations of the Real Property Collateral are in compliance in all material respects with the provisions of all flood control laws, ordinances and other regulations applicable to the Real Property Collateral (including laws, ordinances and regulations of the Cxxxx County Flood Control District) and all agreements relating to flood control with respect to the Real Property Collateral.
Flood Control. Comply in all material respects with the requirements of all flood control laws, ordinances and other regulations applicable to the Real Property Collateral (including laws, ordinances and regulations of the Cxxxx County Flood Control District) and all agreements relating to flood control with respect to the Real Property Collateral.
Flood Control. Any employee from Flood Control required to perform storm water sampling to meet regulatory permit mandates or required to work during a storm event and/or other emergency, who are asked and/or required by the Department Head or their designee to work extra shifts and/or hours beyond their regular shift pattern, shall be paid at one and one half (1½) their base rate of pay for such time worked.
Flood Control. The Parties agree that the Licensee pursuant to proposed Article A130, will comply with the rules and regulations prescribed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The Parties reserve the right to present evidence or argument relative to the impacts posed by any flood control proposal raised by any intervenor or otherwise before the Commission or the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Flood Control. The Licensee shall operate the project in accordance with the rules and regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Army pursuant to Section 204 of the Flood Control Act of 1958 and other applicable law.
Flood Control. Root Zone Groundwater Levels in the South Miami-Dade Agricultural 18 area East of L-31N 19 20 • Maintain or improve the level-of-service of flood protection consistent with WRDA 21 2000 and Section 385.37 of the Programmatic Regulations.
Flood Control. Groundwater Stages for Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach 24 Counties and Seminole Tribe Surface Water Management Basins 25 26 • Maintain or improve the level-of-service of flood protection consistent with WRDA 27 2000 and Section 385.37 of the Programmatic Regulations.
Flood Control. 5. For flood control operation, the United States entity will submit flood control operating plans which may consist of or include flood control storage reservation diagrams and associated criteria for each of the dams. The Canadian entity will operate in accordance with these diagrams or any variation which the entities agree will not derogate from the desired aim of the flood control plan. The use of these diagrams will be based on data obtained in accordance with paragraph 2. The diagrams will consist of relationships specifying the flood control storage reservations required at indicated times of the year for volumes of forecast runoff. After consultation with the Canadian entity the United States entity may from time to time as conditions warrant adjust these storage reservation diagrams within the general limitations of flood control operation. Evacuation of the storages listed hereunder will be guided by the flood control storage reservation diagrams and refill will be as requested by the United States entity after consultation with the Canadian entity. The general limitations of flood control operation are as follows:
Flood Control. The controlled release of water from the USACE Xxxx dam when the level in Xxxx Reservoir is in or above Zone E of the guide curve.
