Float Pool Premium. Any full time or part time nurse with regularly scheduled shifts and hours designated to the Float Pool, shall receive a five dollar ($5.00) per hour premium for all hours worked as a Float Pool nurse as part of the nurse’s regular rate of pay.
Float Pool Premium. Employees who are regularly assigned to a designated float pool and who float on a daily basis between medical centers (Primary Care) or between specialties (Specialty) will receive two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour premium following six (6) months from their date of hire into the float pool.
Float Pool Premium. Nurses assigned to the Float Pools (7.3) shall receive a premium of five dollars ($5) per hour.
Float Pool Premium. Float pool nurses with a .6 FTE or above in the float pool will receive a premium of Two Dollars per hour ($2.00). Float pool nurses with a .6 FTE or above and who have a competency in at least one critical care unit (ICU, PACU or ED) will receive an additional float pool premium of Two Dollars per hour ($2.00) for a total of Four Dollars ($4.00) per hour.
Float Pool Premium. To help meet the needs of the organization 5 for staffing, HRMC will continue to post positions for a float pool under the RN job 6 description. Positions may be posted as Full Time, Part Time, and PRN based on 7 identified staffing needs. Float positions will be filled under the posting procedures of 8 Article 6, Section 4 by nurses with appropriate training, competency and ability to work 9 in multiple units (as per Float Pool Guidelines # PCS 217) to allow needed staffing 10 flexibility to accommodate patient census fluctuations. The hospital determines the 11 number of Float Pool RN positions, when to post positions and the FTE equivalent 12 hours sufficient to meet changing needs of hospital.
Float Pool Premium. Effective February 6, 2016 CNAs and Unit Secretaries assigned to the Float Pool will be paid one dollar seventy-five cents ($1.75) per hour for hours worked in the Float Pool. Effective July 1, 2017, the Float Pool premium shall increase to two dollars twenty-five cents ($2.25) per hour for hours worked in the Float Pool.
Float Pool Premium. RNs who are regularly assigned to the float pool will be compensated $5.00 per hour above their designated base rate for work in the float pool.
Float Pool Premium. Non-exempt (hourly) employees who are hired into a designated float position will receive Float Pool Premium Pay. Premium will terminate upon employee’s transfer or reclassification in to a non-float pool position. Weekend Premium: Non-exempt (hourly) employees assigned to work on the weekends receive weekend premium pay for weekend hours.
Float Pool Premium. Nurses assigned to the Float Pool shall receive a premium of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) ($2.00) per hour, which shall be included in their normal rate of pay.
Float Pool Premium. Float Pool nurses will receive a premium of three dollars ($3.00) per hour for all compensated hours in the Float Pool. Compensated hours would include approved Float Pool work hours and approved education time.
