If ordered, an optional third spacecraft shall be furnished meeting the same performance requirements. The Spacecraft shall be designed, manufactured, and in-plant tested. Two of the Spacecraft, [***] shall be launched, in-orbit tested, and delivered to their respective Designated Orbital Positions, fully operational as defined in the Contract. FLIGHT SPACECRAFT. This Statement of Work relates principly to the design, development, manufacture, test and delivery of three (3) identical spacecraft for the Inmarsat Inmarsat-4 programme. The Contractor shall deliver to Inmarsat three complete spacecraft fulfilling all specifications defined in Annex B to the Contract, entitled Technical Specifications and Operational Requirements, compatible with a minimum of two launch vehicles and including propellants etc. as specified in this Statement of Work. It should be assumed that all three satellites shall be delivered to the designated launch sites in accordance with the following schedule, defined in number of months after EDC. The Spacecraft shall be delivered to the designated launch site as detailed in the Contract or to storage as directed by the Customer.

  • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Transponders The transponders on the Satellite and the beams in which these transponders are grouped are referred to as “Transponder(s)” and the “Beam(s),” respectively. Galaxy 18, Galaxy 13 or Horizons 1 or such other satellite as to which Customer may at the time be using capacity hereunder, as applied in context herein, is referred to as the “Satellite.” Intelsat shall not preempt or interrupt the provision of the Customer’s Transponder Capacity to Customer, except as specifically permitted under this Agreement.

  • Delivery Location The Aircraft shall be located at the agreed Delivery Location;

  • Spares Boeing will revise, as applicable, the customized Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.

  • Flight Crew (a) Lessor shall employ or engage and pay all salaries, benefits and/or compensation for a fully-qualified flight crew with appropriate credentials to conduct each flight undertaken under this Agreement. Lessor may use temporary flight crewmembers for a flight under this Agreement only if any such temporary crewmember is FlightSafety (or SimuFlite) trained, is current on the Aircraft and satisfies all of the requirements and conditions under the insurance coverage for the Aircraft. All flight crewmembers shall be included on any insurance policies that Lessor is required to maintain hereunder.

  • Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.
