Flextime Plans. The Appointing Authority and the Council may mutually agree to a flextime plan. Flextime plans in existence prior to the effective date of this Agreement may be continued. If the Appointing Authority determines to discontinue flextime plans, the Appointing Authority shall, upon request, discuss such change with the Council prior to implementation.
