Flexible Work Year. The contractual work year may be reduced when agreed to by 18 the teacher and supervisor. Such adjustments shall be determined ten (10) days prior to the last day of the 22 student year for the following school year, set forth in a written document and signed and dated by 23 the teacher and principal/supervisor and retained at the school/department. The days shall be 24 determined in consultation with the teacher; however, the final decision shall be made by the 25 principal/supervisor to ensure adequate staffing throughout the year.

The one (1) Unit member in this position shall be entitled to the SCCOE’s contribution toward health benefits as if the Unit member were working full-time.
