FLEXIBILITY FOR WORK AND FAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES. AT A GLANCE This clause applies to Council and its employees who are engaged on a permanent basis. Employees and the Council may agree in writing on work and leave arrangements to accommodate their work and family responsibilities. Council will not unreasonably refuse a request for an arrangement in accordance with this clause.
