Flex Up. This occurs when a Regular Part Time employee is assigned additional shifts beyond their budgeted FTE hours.

Flex Up. In conjunction with or in addition to any rostered shift, a part time employee may be offered, on a voluntary basis, additional hours to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours in any week. Provided that such additional hours shall be offered:

  • Flex Plan Effective July 1, 2008, the State will offer a medical flexible spending account plan in addition to the dependent care flexible spending account plan. Flexible spending accounts permit employees to payroll deduct a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis for the payment of qualified medical and dependent care expenses.
