Flex Up. This occurs when a Regular Part Time employee is assigned additional shifts beyond their budgeted FTE hours.
Flex Up. In conjunction with or in addition to any rostered shift, a part time employee may be offered, on a voluntary basis, additional hours to a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours in any week. Provided that such additional hours shall be offered:
Flex Up. 12.1.1 A part time employee's working hours may be increased (flexed-up) above rostered hours by mutual agreement. Such additional hours will be paid at the employee's ordinary rate of pay.
